Ghanaian gospel musician Florence Obinim has dispelled rumors of undergoing surgery to enhance her body, stating that her voluptuous figure is inherited from her mother.

In an interview with Ghpage, monitored by Graphic Showbiz, Florence Obinim clarified that her mother, Akosua, was well-known in their neighborhood for having a curvy and well-endowed physique. Florence herself shared a similar body type but opted to shed weight before her marriage.
After giving birth to all her children in her marriage, Florence Obinim embarked on an intensive fitness journey, hitting the gym to achieve her desired body shape.

Florence also shared insight into her family's physical traits, noting that maidens who have not given birth tend to be slim, but after childbirth, they typically gain weight, leading to the development of fuller hips and buttocks.

The gospel artist, known for songs like "Mehyia Jesus," "Osoro Ne Mefie," and more, began her musical journey at a young age, ministering at a branch of the Assemblies of God church in Kumasi.
Her inspiration from South Africa's Rebecca Malope led her to release her debut track, "Osoro ne me fie," and she has since continued to bless her audience with various gospel hits.
